Business environment

The Business Environment of our business is merely controllable because its easy to manage. It can be manage by just one person in charge. In economic terms its really profitable because most of the people now is having there cellphones and they need loads to send message to their love ones and whatever they want with there load.

Internal Business Environment

                -It refers to the factors that are controllable within the business.

·         Our business can operate with just one or two persons.

·         We only need a charger and a phone for materials.

·         In terms of money, we don’t need a big capital for our business.

·         Machines are not necessity.

·         It is easy to manage.

External Business environment

                -It refers to the factors beyond control of the company.

                MICRO/OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

                -The environment which is close to business and affects its capacity to work.

·         The suppliers of our business are those telecommunications provider and it regards with the network.

·         The people are the consumers of our business.

·         We also have a lot of competitors, but I know our business will never be down, it will be “click” to the people.

·         The public are the consumers of our service.

MACRO/GENERAL ENVIRONMENT

- It includes factors that create opportunities and threats to business units.

Economic Environment

-in our business we consider the rights of our customers and we do not violate the rule of our country.

Non-Economic Environment

1.       Political Environment -  our business doesn’t violate any of the given conditions with the POLITICAL ENVIRONMENT.

2.       Technological Environment-  The consumers will easily adopt in our business because it is very useful in now a days.

3.       Socio-cultural Environment-  The loading business is not new to the people because of most of the people now is having there own cellphones.

4.       Demo-graphical Environment-  All of the people can have our service.

5.       International Environment-  Our business is exclusive for the Philippines.

6.       Natural Environment-  Our business will encounter some problems  when the weather is not good. Because of the poor signal.

QUESTION: IN what way would the business environment (internal and external) affects your business?

my answer to the question is that it really affect our business because it emphasizes the ways in order to make our business effective to the people. And to make our business “CLICK” and it will be profitable and economically good for us business owners.
